From the last ballads Schumann wrote in his lifetime, Laurence Equilbey builds a musical fresco where power and passion live along murder and curses. A page in love with a princess, a jealous king: enough elements to ignite Antonin Baudry’s imagination. Author of the famous comic book Quai d’Orsay, he engages in his first experience as a stage director alongside Anatole Levilain-Clément’s dreamlike video.
