Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
Requiem (fragments originaux)
“Bodies flow like tears on the dark pages of destiny”. When he died in 1791, Mozart left his Requiem unfinished. Since then, this piece never ceased to cause interrogation on his history and posterity. It is this silence and its eloquence that Yoann Bourgeois has chosen to highlight with scenic devices that defy perception. Men and women move in fragments or flowing, through sound and space, and Mozart’s mystical testament finds a frame where the mystery of his writing can fully resonate.
